We start with a relaxed chat to talk through your goals, training history and preferences.

2. Your Personalised Plan

Using what we discuss, I create a personalised training plan tailored to your goals, experience level, and available space. Your programme is built specifically for you — no generic workouts, no guesswork.

3. In-Home Training Sessions

I come to your home with the equipment needed for your sessions. Each workout is structured, safe, and progressive, helping you build strength, confidence, and consistency at your own pace.

4. Ongoing Progress and Support

As you progress, your training evolves with you. I regularly adjust your programme to match your goals, preferences, and how your body is responding, so you continue to feel supported and challenged without feeling overwhelmed.

1 Session Per Week

2 Sessions Per Week

Two sessions a week for faster progress and better accountability that keeps you moving towards your goals. 

Gold

£75 Per Week 

3 Sessions Per Week

Three sessions each week for maximum support, quicker results, and a highly structured approach to your fitness goals.
